Please familiarise yourself with the house rules and respect them. We also ask you to take care of cleanliness, order and a peaceful environment.

In order to ensure a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with the general terms and house rules and to respect them.

1. General Terms and Instructions

  Description
Check-in: After 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out: No later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible with prior confirmation and an additional fee, subject to availability.
Tourist tax: Payment in cash. Please leave the exact amount on the table.
Electrical voltage: 220V.
Parking: Free private parking is located in front of the accommodation.
Smoking and vaping: Not permitted inside the house.
Pets: Not permitted.
Parties: Not permitted, as the accommodation is intended for rest and relaxation.
Front door: Locks automatically when closed; open with the code provided upon arrival.
Cleanliness: The house was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. For greater comfort, please use the slippers available in the drawer in the entrance hall.
Conservation: Please use hot water and towels responsibly.
Drinking water: Tap water is safe to drink.
House equipment: The house is equipped with:
  • bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils and cutlery,
  • basic provisions (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper),
  • cleaning products and supplies.
Toilet paper, soap and separate waste bins are also available.
A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available.
Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available; the access password is available inside the property.
Video surveillance: The outdoor parking area directly in front of the entrance is monitored by CCTV.
Inventory: Please handle with care. The guest is liable for any damage caused by their fault. Please inform us of any damage.

2. Safety

We recommend taking valuables and cash with you when leaving the apartment. In the event of theft, notify us immediately and call 113. We accept no responsibility for stolen items or damage to your property.

3. Cancellation Policy

The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit. If the stay is less than 14 days away, 100% prepayment is required.

The deposit is considered a non-refundable advance payment. In the event of cancellation, modification or no-show (except in cases of force majeure such as closure due to epidemiological reasons, state of war, etc.), no refund is possible.

Booking conditions on portals (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) may differ. In the case of bookings made through such intermediaries, their terms and conditions apply.

4. Tips for a Pleasant Stay

Please close the front door.

Please use slippers for greater comfort and cleanliness.

Please be environmentally conscious and save water and electricity.

Please sort your waste.

5. On Departure

Dishes should be washed and put away and the oven cleaned if used.

Rubbish must be taken to the bins by the shed.

On departure, hang the keys in the designated place and lock up the house.

In the event of damage caused by negligence or misconduct, we will be obliged to charge the resulting costs additionally.

6. Violation of House Rules

We reserve the right to terminate the provision of accommodation to guests who grossly violate the house rules.

By confirming the reservation, the guest is deemed to have read and agreed to the general terms and house rules. We reserve the right to modify these terms and guidelines at any time and without further notice.
